Referral Programme Rules
Last updated: 1 October 2026
These rules apply to ArcGain's invite-a-friend programme (the "Programme") and form part of our Terms of Service. If they conflict with the Terms about the Programme, these rules apply.
1. Who can take part
- You need an active ArcGain account that follows the Terms. Each person may have one account.
- You invite someone with your personal code, which you find in the app under Bonus, Invite friends.
- The friend you invite must be a real, new person aged 18 or over. They enter your code in the app once, under Bonus, Enter a friend's code.
- The Programme may not be available in every country, and amounts can differ by country.
2. How rewards work
- Your friend receives a welcome bonus of coins when they enter your code.
- You receive a referral reward only after your friend completes their first offer. Signing up, entering your code, or claiming daily bonuses does not count as an offer.
- Ongoing share: after that, you also earn a percentage of the coins your friend earns from offers. It does not apply to bonuses, streaks, tasks or other referral rewards.
- The current amounts and percentage are shown in the app. We may change them, and a change does not affect rewards already paid.
- You can see how many friends joined, how many have completed a first offer, and the coins you earned. For their privacy, we do not show you who they are.
3. Checks, delays and reversals
- Referral rewards are not paid the moment a friend signs up. They depend on a real offer being completed and confirmed by our partner.
- If a partner reverses your friend's first offer, the reward it released is taken back, and the same can happen to the ongoing share on that offer.
- We may withhold, delay, remove or reverse rewards, and review the accounts involved, if we suspect the referral is not genuine. Examples are: self-referrals, several accounts on one device or in one household, a connection through a VPN, proxy or Tor, a shared or reused payout address, or any other attempt to cheat the Programme.
- Our checks are partly automatic. If a decision affects you, contact us and a person will look at it again.
4. Rules for inviting people
You must not:
- refer yourself, or create or buy accounts to collect rewards;
- refer people who are not real, or who have not agreed to hear from you;
- send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or post your code in places where that is not allowed;
- mislead people about what ArcGain is, how much they can earn, or how the Programme works, or promise earnings we do not promise;
- offer or accept money or other payments for entering your code;
- pretend to be ArcGain or InfiniteArc Games, or use our name or logo in a way that suggests you speak for us;
- do anything that harms our reputation, or break the law while inviting people, including laws about advertising and personal information.
You are responsible for getting a person's agreement before you send them an invitation, and for what you say when you invite them.
5. Breaking the rules
If you or an account you invited breaks these rules or the Terms, we may remove the rewards the Programme produced, stop you from taking part, and suspend or close the accounts involved. If you think we got it wrong, contact us through the in-app support form or by email and we will review it.
6. Our relationship
Taking part does not make you our employee, agent, partner or representative. You are not paid for your time. Rewards are coins that follow the Terms of Service.
7. Changes and ending the Programme
We may change these rules, change the rewards, or pause or end the Programme at any time. If a change is significant we will tell you in the app. If you keep taking part after a change, you accept it. We may end your participation if you break these rules.
8. Liability
We are not responsible for losses that result from things outside our reasonable control, such as a partner's decision about an offer. Nothing in these rules limits any right you have by law that cannot be excluded, including rights under the Consumer Protection Act where it applies.
9. Governing law
These rules are governed by the laws of South Africa. This does not take away protections that the law where you live gives you and that cannot be waived.
