ArcGain is being prepared for release on Android. This page will be updated when the app is live.
Is ArcGain free?
Yes. It is free to join and to use. You should never need to pay to earn rewards.
Who can use it?
You must be at least 18 years old. Some offers and payout methods are only available in certain countries.
How do I get paid?
Once you reach the minimum for a reward you can request a cashout in the app. Each request waits through a hold period and may be reviewed before it is sent.
Why is a survey or offer I finished not credited?
Partners sometimes need time to confirm a completion, and some are rejected if the requirements were not met. If you think something is wrong, message us from the app with the details and we will look into it.
Can I have more than one account?
No. One account per person and per device. Duplicate accounts, bots, emulators and abuse of VPNs lead to a ban and loss of coins.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open More and tap Delete account. You can also follow the steps on our account deletion page.
