Delete your account

You can ask us to delete your ArcGain account and data at any time.

Fastest: delete it in the app

Open ArcGain, go to the More tab, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account. You will be asked to type DELETE to confirm. Your account and personal data are then removed straight away. If you have a cashout that is still being processed you will need to wait until it is finished, because we cannot delete an account while money is on its way.

1. Email arcgains@outlook.com from the email address on your ArcGain account.
2. Use the subject line Delete my account.
3. We may reply to confirm it is really you before we go ahead.

We aim to complete deletion within 30 days of confirming your request.

What we delete

• Your profile (name and email).
• Your coin balance, streak and referral details.
• Your earnings history and support messages.
• Your login, so the account can no longer be used.

What we may keep

We may keep limited records when we have to, such as records of cashouts and fraud-prevention data needed for accounting, security or legal reasons. We keep these only as long as necessary.

Before you delete

• Any unredeemed coins are lost and cannot be restored.
• Pending cashouts may be completed or cancelled first. Tell us in your email if you have one.
• Deletion cannot be undone.
